Payments are only accepted in USD and will be taken via Paypal invoice.

Full payment must be made first before I start your order.

Please do not pay me before I agree.

Commissioner will receive a draft sketch for approval. Please list all the changes when receiving the sketch. If everything is approved then I'll proceed to finish the artwork.

Maximum of 3 free edits in the drafting stage. Edits after that will be +$2 USD each and edits will rarely be allowed after the drafting stage unless I drew something wrong or wrong color is used.

I reserve the right to decline any request, without needing to explain the reason.

No refund unless I am unable to finish your commission.

Tell me the specifics of your commission before you send the payment. If you want something completely different after the commission is done, you will not receive a refund.

As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my sites, making speed paints, editing suggestive works for social media, or presenting it in my portfolios.

If you'd like the commission to be kept confidential, please let me know ahead of time.

Commissioned work is for personal use, unless arranged otherwise. Please do not sell any commissioned work for profit/commercial use without permission.

Turn-around is usually around 1 week from when it is your turn in the queue, depending on how busy I am. It won't be more than a month unless there are special circumstances.

You will only receive the digital art file. Not the printed art.
